What can I find at Innocently Insane?

New selections are added regularly. Product pages describe each item and its brand or fulfillment information.
Is shipping free, and where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. Read the Shipping Policy for full details.
Why do processing and delivery times vary?
We work with multiple brands, production partners, and fulfillment locations. Some items are ready to ship, while others are prepared specifically for your order. Processing comes before transit. Review the product's delivery information and our Shipping Policy before ordering.
Will all items arrive together?
Not always. Items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking information. Split shipments do not add another standard shipping charge for the customer.
Can I return something if I choose the wrong size or change my mind?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, fit preference, or change of mind when the product matches its description and the order. What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact Innocently Insane promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant.
