Innocently Insane offers artwork, wall art, prints, books, apparel, accessories, and home and lifestyle products through our online store, along with digital products where offered.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.
2. Products and Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display our products, including artwork, colors, dimensions, materials, sizes, and other product details.
Because artwork and product images may appear differently depending on your monitor, screen, device, or display settings, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online.
Product dimensions, available formats, materials, sizes, framing options, and other specifications may vary by product and production partner.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and fulfill your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling the order.
Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Countries, Currency, and Shipping
We ship physical products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to other countries.
All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the charge and may apply its own fees.
Standard shipping is free to the countries listed above. Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times and details.
5. Products Produced After You Order
Many of our physical products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or no longer wants the product. Please review product details, dimensions, options, and your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or other information needed to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Approved issues may qualify for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Claims reported after 7 days will still be reviewed where the law of your country requires it.
7. Digital Products
This section applies to digital products, where offered.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physical products.
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the law of your country. If a technical problem prevents access to a purchased digital product, please contact us so we can correct the file or restore access.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining the ability to download and access purchased digital files.
Digital products are licensed for personal use unless a different license is specifically stated on the product listing.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, graphics, designs, logos, written content, product descriptions, website content, and other materials provided by Innocently Insane are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify for resale, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit our artwork or digital products without appropriate authorization.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with another person’s ability to use it.
Unauthorized attempts to access restricted portions of the website, systems, or accounts are prohibited.
