Canvas Prints: Questions, Answered
What is the difference between stretched and framed canvas?
Stretched canvas is mounted over an internal support frame. A framed canvas includes an additional outer frame when expressly stated in the listing. The support structure of stretched canvas is not the same as a decorative outer frame; confirm the selected product and options before ordering.
Are frames and hanging hardware included?
Inclusions vary by product. Look for the frame style, frame color, canvas depth, and any supplied hanging hardware in the individual listing. Do not assume that every canvas has the same frame or mounting system.
How do I select the right canvas size?
Measure the wall space and check the finished dimensions, orientation, and depth stated for your selected variant. Room mockups are styling illustrations rather than exact size guides. Allow space around the artwork and account for any outer frame when planning its placement.
Is a canvas print a hand-painted original?
No. Products described as canvas prints are printed reproductions of the displayed artwork, not original paintings. The canvas surface and presentation do not change that distinction. Attribution and artwork details appear on the product page.
What are the shipping arrangements for canvas wall art?
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders within the United States; international shipping is not currently available. Processing and transit are separate and vary by product and fulfillment location. Check the item-specific estimate and our Shipping Policy. Items ordered together may arrive in separate packages without an extra standard shipping charge.
Can I return a canvas because it does not fit my space?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for choosing the wrong dimensions, changing your mind, or deciding that an artwork does not suit your space when it was supplied correctly and as described. Damage, defects, printing errors, and incorrect orders can be reported for review under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
What if the canvas or its frame arrives damaged?
Contact Innocently Insane promptly through the website chat or email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the item and packaging, and wait for instructions before returning anything. Approved claims are resolved under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy; applicable consumer rights remain protected.
