Light denim jeans with a gradient fade that glows from the thigh to the knee like a faded postcard. Big, creamy, mustard-gold patches sit across the front of each leg and soften into the pale blue around them, the waistband has an elastic back for comfort and a slit runs up the back hem of each leg. The legs fall wide and straight, and the denim is heavy but washed soft. They look like a thrift-store treasure and feel like your favorite old pair. Wear It Loud

We picked this one for the glow. The denim is a pale, cool blue at the waist and ankle and a warm, creamy gold through the thighs and knees, and the fade has soft edges that look like watercolor. A metal button closes the waist, belt loops circle the top and an elastic panel runs across the back waistband. The back has two stitched pockets with a soft fade and a small slit at the center of each hem. The legs fall straight to the floor with a lightly frayed edge.

Washing

  • Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn it inside out and wash with like colors.
  • Use mild detergent. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash dark colors and new pieces separately the first few times.

Drying

  • Tumble dry on low, or hang it to dry.
  • Take it out while it’s still slightly damp to cut down on wrinkles.
  • Don’t dry it on high heat.
  • Iron on low heat, and don’t dry clean.

Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades ink over time. Hang it in a dry room, away from steam and damp. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and don’t spray or wipe it with liquid. For the longest life, put it under glass in a frame. Handle it by the edges, and store it flat or rolled loosely, never creased.

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents and damp rooms. Dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth or a dry brush. Don’t use water, sprays or cleaners on the print. Hang it on a secure wall mount, and avoid pressing on the front of the canvas. If it’s stored, keep it upright and wrapped in a clean cloth, away from anything that could dent the front.
