Why You Need It

A thick, structured crewneck tee in a cotton and nylon knit with a ribbed band at the hem, short sleeves and a regular cut. The fabric is dense and smooth with a slight sheen and it holds its shape without clinging. The collar is neat and flat and the hem band gives the shirt a clean, finished edge. It comes in six colors, from brown to gray blue. Pull it on and it looks more put together than a tee has any right to, and with about the same effort as any other.

Wear It Loud

We picked this one for the knit. The cotton and nylon blend is thick and dense, with a smooth surface and a slight sheen that gives the shirt a clean, polished look. A ribbed band closes the hem so the body drapes straight and stays in place, the round collar is neat and flat and the sleeves are short and set close to the arm. The back is a smooth, clean panel with a flat neck seam.

It comes in Brown, Beige, Flower Gray, Black, Dark Gray and Gray Blue. Dark Gray is the deep, quiet one in the main photo, Black is the sharp one, Gray Blue is the cool, calm one, Flower Gray is the soft, heathered neutral and Brown and Beige are the warm, earthy ones. Wear it with tailored trousers and loafers, with jeans and clean sneakers, or under an open overshirt. Add a watch and a pair of sunglasses and you look like you have a client meeting, and you are relaxed about it.

Washing

  • Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn it inside out and wash with like colors.
  • Use mild detergent. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash dark colors and new pieces separately the first few times.

Drying

  • Tumble dry on low, or hang it to dry.
  • Take it out while it’s still slightly damp to cut down on wrinkles.
  • Don’t dry it on high heat.
  • Iron on low heat, and don’t dry clean.

Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades ink over time. Hang it in a dry room, away from steam and damp. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and don’t spray or wipe it with liquid. For the longest life, put it under glass in a frame. Handle it by the edges, and store it flat or rolled loosely, never creased.

Care Instructions: Canvas

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents and damp rooms. Dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth or a dry brush. Don’t use water, sprays or cleaners on the print. Hang it on a secure wall mount, and avoid pressing on the front of the canvas. If it’s stored, keep it upright and wrapped in a clean cloth, away from anything that could dent the front.
