Why You Need It

Dark at the hem and lighter across the chest and shoulders, this tee has a gradient wash that melts from one tone to the other in a soft, cloudy blend. The shoulders drop, the sleeves are short and wide and the round neck sits flat in a thick rib. The cotton is thick and soft with a heavy hand. It comes in four colors, from light brown to green. Pull it on and the fade does the styling for you, with nothing printed on it at all.

Wear It Loud

We picked this one for the gradient. The wash lightens the upper body and the sleeves and leaves the lower body darker, with a pale band along the hem, so the color shifts as your eye moves down the shirt. The shoulders drop low, the sleeves are short and wide and the thick ribbed collar sits flat. The back carries the same fade from the neck to the hem.

It comes in Light Brown, Blue, Black and Green. Black is the smoky, charcoal one in the photos, Blue is the cool, dusty one, Green is the deep, mossy one and Light Brown is the warm, earthy one. Wear it with baggy jeans and chunky sneakers, cargo pants and boots, or shorts and slides. Washing

  • Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn it inside out and wash with like colors.
  • Use mild detergent. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash dark colors and new pieces separately the first few times.

Drying

  • Tumble dry on low, or hang it to dry.
  • Take it out while it’s still slightly damp to cut down on wrinkles.
  • Don’t dry it on high heat.
  • Iron on low heat, and don’t dry clean.

Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades ink over time. Hang it in a dry room, away from steam and damp. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and don’t spray or wipe it with liquid. For the longest life, put it under glass in a frame. Handle it by the edges, and store it flat or rolled loosely, never creased.

Care Instructions: Canvas

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents and damp rooms. Dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth or a dry brush. Don’t use water, sprays or cleaners on the print. Hang it on a secure wall mount, and avoid pressing on the front of the canvas. If it’s stored, keep it upright and wrapped in a clean cloth, away from anything that could dent the front.
