Why You Need It

Washed soft and a little rough at the edges, this long sleeve tee has a round neck, a drop shoulder and ribbed cuffs that hold the sleeves at the wrist. The snow wash lifts the color in soft, uneven patches and leaves the seams a shade darker. The hem and the neckline are left with a raw, frayed finish. It comes in seven colors, from sky blue to stone gray. Pull it on and it looks like a favorite you found in a thrift store, with none of the digging.

Wear It Loud

We picked this one for the finish. The snow wash gives the cotton a faded, cloudy surface and the seams stand out in a darker tone, which makes the shirt look broken in from day one. The shoulders drop low, the long sleeves end in snug ribbed cuffs and the hem is left raw and a little frayed. The back repeats the same washed surface and the same neat round neck.

Washing

  • Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn it inside out and wash with like colors.
  • Use mild detergent. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash dark colors and new pieces separately the first few times.

Drying

  • Tumble dry on low, or hang it to dry.
  • Take it out while it’s still slightly damp to cut down on wrinkles.
  • Don’t dry it on high heat.
  • Iron on low heat, and don’t dry clean.

Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades ink over time. Hang it in a dry room, away from steam and damp. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and don’t spray or wipe it with liquid. For the longest life, put it under glass in a frame. Handle it by the edges, and store it flat or rolled loosely, never creased.

Care Instructions: Canvas

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents and damp rooms. Dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth or a dry brush. Don’t use water, sprays or cleaners on the print. Hang it on a secure wall mount, and avoid pressing on the front of the canvas. If it’s stored, keep it upright and wrapped in a clean cloth, away from anything that could dent the front.
