A faded vintage wash leaves the color soft and uneven, with lighter patches around the pocket and the hem, small holes and speckles are scattered across the front and the sleeves and a diagonal tear cuts across the chest. The hood is deep with no drawstrings, a wide kangaroo pocket sits low on the body and the sleeves run long and loose. The back is washed and worn too, with the hood falling in a soft curve. In the lead photo, the charcoal has a smoky, worn look.

It comes in Brown, Medium Gray, Black, Navy Blue and Retro Green. Black and Navy Blue are the sharp, smoky picks, Medium Gray is the soft, faded one, Brown is the warm, rich one and Retro Green is the muted, sun-faded one in the flat photos. Washing

  • Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn it inside out and wash with like colors.
  • Use mild detergent. Don’t use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash dark colors and new pieces separately the first few times.

Drying

  • Tumble dry on low, or hang it to dry.
  • Take it out while it’s still slightly damp to cut down on wrinkles.
  • Don’t dry it on high heat.
  • Iron on low heat, and don’t dry clean.

Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades ink over time. Hang it in a dry room, away from steam and damp. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth, and don’t spray or wipe it with liquid. For the longest life, put it under glass in a frame. Handle it by the edges, and store it flat or rolled loosely, never creased.

Care Instructions: Canvas

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents and damp rooms. Dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth or a dry brush. Don’t use water, sprays or cleaners on the print. Hang it on a secure wall mount, and avoid pressing on the front of the canvas. If it’s stored, keep it upright and wrapped in a clean cloth, away from anything that could dent the front.
